Thanks for checking out my DJ service. I have been a DJ for the past 12 years and bring quite a bit of experience to the table. I started mixing at the tender age of 15 and began my career playing local Church and Birthday parties for my friends. As I grew older, I gained notoriety and ended up playing a bevy of different parties for a wide range of clients.
Parties I have Played: Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, High school/Junior High Dances, Fraternity/Sorority Parties, Corporate Functions, Birthday Parties (from 10th Birthday to an 80th birthday!), Class Reunions, Fund Raisers, Camp Parties, Anniversary Parties, Engagement Parties, Divorce Parties, Trade Shows, Bars, and Clubs.
After years of great success as a DJ in the great state of Kansas, I moved to Miami, Florida to work on a Master's Degree. While in Miami, I had quite a bit of success as a club DJ and as a DJ for the Red Bull Music Academy. While there I ventured into artist management and event planning. This culminated in the events I helped produce at the legendary Winter Music Conference 2005 (the world's greatest DJ and electronic music conference).
All great things must come to an end and my residency in Miami was no different. So I ventured to Nashville to take a position in the music industry and that brings us up to date.
My philosophy as a DJ is plain and simple. I believe that in order for your event to truly be great, you need personal service and that is why I only operate one DJ rig. Other services will brag about how big they are and how many employees they have. This generally means that on the day of your event, some person you have never seen before will walk through the door and introduce himself to you "Hi, I am your DJ." I don't know about you, but that makes me very uneasy. I will walk up to you and introduce myself in very much the same way, however, I will make my introduction to you months before the big day and you will have all confidence that I will be the one walking in the day of the big event.
